Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These terms govern participation in the My Devilish Desires Affiliate Programme operated by My Devilish Desires LTD (company number 15392043) for the UK store at www.mydevilishdesires.co.uk. By applying to or participating in the programme you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over, provide accurate information in your application, be approved by us, and comply with all applicable laws, advertising rules and the guidelines of each platform you use.
2. Affiliate status and tiers
Commission tiers are based on monthly tracked net sales: Devilish Recruit, 10% on £0 to £999; Devilish Muse, 15% on £1,000 to £2,999; Devil's Inner Circle, 20% on £3,000 and above. Tier upgrades apply from the following calendar month after a threshold is met. Affiliate status does not make you an employee, agent or partner of My Devilish Desires LTD.
3. Tracked net sales
Commission applies only to the final order value of orders successfully tracked through your assigned link, code or QR code, after discounts and promotional reductions, and excluding shipping fees, taxes, duties, refunded orders, cancelled orders, reversals, chargebacks, duplicates and fraudulent transactions.
4. Links and attribution
You must use only the tracking methods assigned to you. Manipulating attribution, claiming commission on untracked sales, or self-purchasing through your own code without prior approval is prohibited.
5. Promotion standards
You must promote the brand honestly and tastefully, use only claims we have approved, and never market to under-18s. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in every promotion, in line with UK advertising rules (for example "Ad" or "Affiliate link").
6. Payouts
Commission is paid in pounds sterling, monthly in arrears, subject to validation and fraud checks. The minimum payout threshold is £50; smaller balances carry forward. You are responsible for any tax due on your affiliate income.
7. Programme changes
We may amend commission rates, tiers, thresholds or these terms with reasonable notice. Changes apply from the date stated in the notice and do not affect commission already validly earned.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for breach of these terms, legal or reputational risk, misleading promotion or suspected fraud. Validly earned commission on legitimate tracked sales up to termination will be paid; commission connected to a breach is forfeited.
9. Intellectual property
We grant you a limited, revocable licence to use approved brand assets solely to promote the programme. You may not register domains, social handles or advertising using our brand name without written approval.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our liability under the programme is limited to commission validly earned and unpaid.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
