Returns & Refund Policy

At My Devilish Desires we want you to love what you receive. This policy explains when items can be returned and how refunds work. It does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.
Because of the intimate nature of what we sell, most of our products are supplied as sealed goods for reasons of hygiene and health protection. Please read the hygiene section below before requesting a return.
Before you return anything
Please email us first at sales@mydevilishdesires.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm whether your item qualifies and send you instructions. Items posted back to us without prior confirmation cannot be processed.
Your 14 day right to cancel, for unworn sealed items
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. To cancel, email us within that 14 day period. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. To qualify for a change of mind refund, items must be unworn and unused, with all tags still attached, and returned in their original, unopened and unbroken packaging exactly as they arrived.
Hygiene exemption for intimate items, please read
For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed intimate products cannot be returned or refunded on change of mind grounds once the seal or packaging has been opened or broken. This is a permitted exemption to the standard right to cancel. In short, unopened and sealed items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days, while opened or unsealed intimate items are not returnable on change of mind grounds.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
The hygiene exemption does not affect your statutory rights. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To help us put things right quickly, please:
- Check your parcel as soon as it arrives.
- If the outer parcel is visibly damaged, sign for it as 'damaged' where you can.
- Email sales@mydevilishdesires.com within 48 hours of delivery for any damage, shortage or wrong item, quoting your order number and attaching clear photos of the problem and the packaging.
Reporting promptly helps us resolve your issue without delay. If a fault appears later, please still get in touch, as your statutory rights may continue to apply beyond this period.
Return postage
- Change of mind, for sealed and unopened items: you cover the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we cover the return postage.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Refunds cover the price of the goods and standard outbound delivery. Any optional express or next day delivery upgrade you chose is not refundable.
