1. Age requirement, 18 and over
This website sells adult products and is strictly for persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we reasonably believe the purchaser is under 18.

Our VAT number is GB458204687. References to 'we', 'us' and 'our' mean My Devilish Desires LTD.
3. Products and pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately, though we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them perfectly. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before you place an order.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch notice. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if a pricing error has occurred, or if we cannot verify that you are 18 or over, and we will refund any payment already taken.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. You confirm that the payment method used is your own.
6. Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. All orders are sent in discreet, plain packaging. Please see our Shipping and Delivery policy for full details.
7. Returns
Returns are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy, including the hygiene exemption that applies to opened intimate items.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without our permission.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Please always follow the product instructions and any safety guidance provided.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
